How to: Make healthy frozen fruit bites This is how I make my yummy little frozen fruit bites. Hope you enjoy! Ingredients:  10 - 12 tbsp. - Low Fat Organic Unsweetened Yogurt 3 strawberries 6 raspberries Honey Equipment: Cupcake Cases A Cupcake Tin A Chopping Board A Sharp Knife Method: 1. First you need to line your cupcake tin with 6 cases 2. Next you need to put 10 - 12 tbsp. of yogurt in to a bowl and put 2tbsp of honey or maple syrup to sweeten your your yogurt. 3. Then you need to put 2 tbsp. of your yogurt into each cupcake case 4. After that you with need to cut each strawberry in half ready to put on top of the yogurt 5. Now you must wash all of your raspberries and strawberries. 6. Then put one half of a strawberry and 1 raspberry on each yogurt bite. 7. Finally you need to put your yogurt bites into the freezer and leave to harden for 2-3 hours or overnight.
